Do it yourself bikini “wax”
So I was reading More Magazine the other day and saw the funniest article. It was all about “How NOT to act old”. There were suggestions like text with your thumbs, don’t leave voice mail messages and get waxed.
The last one stopped me. I thought…not getting waxed is not an indication of age. I have worked with young women who NEVER pay attention to that area. It drives me nuts to see the hair hanging from under the panty line. I used to think that EVERY woman took care of her hair down there from waxing to making sure it was the right shade to complement whatever die job was on top of her head. (I know a story for another day.)
But anyway, I thought I’d make sure you were prepared to hit the beach and unlike my younger days when I would use my brother’s clippers (I don’t think he knows about that), I now prefer getting waxed. But on those days when dollars are tight, I head for my Nair Shower Power (only $8.50). But I also heard that the Bliss Bikini Perfect Trimmer was a good investment at $60.
