This one is for my plus size beauties – suzi chin Flutter Sleeve Dress only $59 (orig. $148). I am jealous that it doesn’t come in my size.

Who can wear it?

Remember your body shape but this dress is just about perfect for any body but an apple. The flutter sleeves will help the triangle body get symmetry. The full skirt will hide wide hips. The empire waist will give shape to a rectangle. But if you are well endowed in the top area, you might want to avoid it because the sleeves will help call attention to the breast.

Where to wear?

Looks comfortable to wear just about anywhere. But notice the low back which won’t be appropriate for a corporate office.
