I know, you think it doesn’t need to be said.  How can someone not know how to pick out a pair of leggings:  capri or long? Small, medium, or large?  Color? What’s left?  The most important thing — COVERAGE!

Ladies, all leggings are not made equal.  Take a look at the fabric content — cotton, lycra, and sometimes rayon.  The percentage mix between between the fabrics can be the difference between sheer and full coverage.  Now if you are wearing long tops that cover your behind and/or a body skimmer or spanx with leggings, then there isn’t a problem and this post isn’t for you (however, it could be for a friend of yours so forward it on).

NOW if you are wearing a thong because those other items are too restrictive and, of course, we don’t want panty lines…then listen up.  You need to make sure you are choosing the right leggings to wear.  Here’s a simple way to figure out if you can get away with a thong under your leggings: look at yourself in the mirror through the material.  Yes, hold the leggings up, over your face and see how much of you, you can see. So if you can see yourself in the mirror then everybody else can see you COMING and GOING.
