Great Christmas Gifts for Men Under $50
Ladies, it is simplier than you think. A great gift for a guy doesn’t have to cost a lot and force you into a home depot. If you’ve got fairly stylish guy or one who wants to be, here are some great under $50 gift ideas.
Not sure about his size? Try a few ”one size fits all” gifts like cufflinks and bowties. For the man that tends to be a bit conservative, cufflinks are a way to subtly spice up his French cuff look. The bowtie falls under the same category. If your guy is like many he will at least wear the gift you bought him once. This might be the loophole to get him out of the conservative “regular” tie-wearing habit. As noted in a few of my posts bowties are a great way to leave a lasting impression. And yes I’m going to follow my own advice and give this trendy look “a run for the money” at a few holiday parties this season.
A fairly classic guy and you know his size? The v-neck merino sweater is a very tried and true look. Merino is a very durable fabric and will wear well over the years. Merino will also give and stretch so don’t “size-up” when buying. The sweater will feel fitted and loosen as he wears it more frequently.
Tees aren’t just for women. The fitted Jimi Hendrix Tee is just a guilty pleasure of mine. I think this tee is a very trendy and fun gift. And if he’s not a Hendrix fan, feel free to add to the gift a copy of Experience Hendrix: The Best of Jimi Hendrix. Okay, still maybe not his think but you can develop a theme that works with his style and interests.
As always have fun shopping and realize that Christmas might be a great time to give your guy a nudge out of the ordinary routine. It’s not what he wears but how he wears it that matters.
