Ab workout for bikini season

This is my favorite video in the workout series featuring First Lady Michelle Obama’s personal trainer Cornell McClellan.  In this latest episode, McClellan gives us three exercises for getting tighter abs so we can get our whole bodies (sans the muffin top) into our bikinis (er…swimsuits, “moo moos”, etc).

I DO know that everyone isn’t bikini ready but I am so glad that it is about body and not age.  Earlier in the summer, there were so many articles on being too old for bikinis.  WTF?!?! I think if you keep your body tight enough, you are NEVER too old for a bikini.  What’s the point in laying out in the sun if your going to wear a “moo moo”?  But let that be your call because you decided not to take care of your body and not because someone else declared an age limit.

Okay, I also know there are issues with laying out in the sun…ugh!  But anyway, you get the point.  So check out the video and start this ab exercise at home for whatever swimwear you chose AND so you look good in your other clothes too; because honestly, everything looks better without a muffin top!

    Thank you for the great tips from the First Lady's trainer, great advice. I am about to turn 50 and I think if your body still looks good why not wear a bikini. I am working towards it.
