Looking good in shorts is not about age but about body type and fit. Who would dare tell Jennifer Lopez (41), Naomi Campbell (41), Courtney Cox (47) or Stacey Dash (45) that they couldn’t wear short shorts with legs as toned and fit as theirs? Of course, part of their job is to stay fit and they dedicated a significant portion of their time to that task. But for us women whose careers don’t put us in the spot light, we try to figure out how to get a workout in “in-spite” of our jobs.
So I thought would try to help by giving you a few tips for getting your legs ready for shorts (the appropriate length for you, of course) that you could sneak into your daily routine. I turned to Cornell McClellan, personal trainer for First Lady Michelle Obama. He shows us 3 exercises to work on toning our legs and slimming down. Then I’ve got a tip for you that includes a pair of Nine West 5 1/2 inch wedges.
