One of the most important ways for you to have great style is to look good in your clothes. Now this is about choosing the right style of clothes for your body type and then also making sure your body is at it’s best. Now I’m not promoting crazy dieting but just overall fitness. Think about it, we all look at First Lady Michelle Obama and think “WOW, her arms are great”. Well, that’s because she works on her arms (and body of overall). So I thought I’d eliminate the excuses I can already hear brewing…”well if I had a trainer”, “can’t make it the gym”, “don’t know what to do”…

Now there are no more excuses for not looking great in those backless and sleeveless tops and dresses this summer. He even says “you can use soup cans”. But he also warns me that this has to work in combination with diet and cardio so try eating better and going for a run for optimal results.
