This makes sense:

How to incorporate the espadrille platform wedge shoe into your wardrobe

So I got a question:  “What can I wear with espadrille platform wedges?”  This came from a petite friend who typically wears flats and was considering a pair of 4-inch platform wedges.   So as a I answered her question, I thought I would share it with you too.

First, as always, I suggest you consider your current wardrobe.  If you don’t typically wear heels that high, non of your current pants will work because they won’t be long enough to accommodate the additional 4-inches.  So unless you plan on buying a whole new wardrobe, just rule pants out.

So this only leaves you with wardrobe options that show off your legs.  And why not!  These shoes typically have an ankle strap and front detail that make them so attractive, you will not want to cover them up.

So pair with shorts, skirts, the bardot dress, and even the maxi dress or skirt.  If you chose a shorter version of the maxi it will display your shoes nicely but if your maxi hits to the floor, make sure you cross your legs and pull it up to show off your fab shoes.

Now you don’t have to pay an arm and a leg for this trend.  Old Navy has a pair in multiple colors for ONLY $25 and the reviews say “they are comfy” and “love them”.  So this could make cents for any budget.
