Second, how do you figure it out? Get a measuring tape, of course. Measure from head to breast (measurement A) and then from breast to hips (measurement B). If measurement A is larger than B, you are short-waisted. If measurement B is larger than A, you ar long-waisted. A = B equals balanced waist.
