Okay, so I missed posting for several days. It’s never the same when you are not there anyway plus if you are Fashion Cents reader, you probably just want to know what trends will make sense for you this fall. So here are the five trends that I expect to see you in this fall.
- Fabulous Coats — It is not just because I live in the windy city and a coat is a necessity. I think almost every designer had at least one fabulous coat on their runway.

- Asymetrical — It was on the runway this for spring and you will see if for fall. So consider buying asymetrical dresses that will work for both seasons. Who says your little black dress can’t do double duty?

- Fur — You wore faux fur vests all season, well don’t give them away because fur will still be a key trend next fall. And if you are this daring you can even sport it on your shorts.
Vera Wang
Exposed Zippers — If you are uncomfortable being exposed, get comfortable. This trend has been around for a few seasons now so it could become just one of the basic ways dresses are made, like topstiching.
- Bejeweled — Yes, there was color other than black like midnight blue, garnet, and plum.

Here are a few others that seem to be making headlines nude, bulky sweaters, military and platform shoes.
Are you ready for this fall? No worries, I’ll help but let’s stop thinking about the cold for awhile and move on spring.
