I just finished chatting with a friend while we were both cooking up meals this Sunday. She mentioned a new topic the was causing controversy on facebook — Stilettos in the Kitchen - The Modern Girl’s Guide To Being A Domestic Goddess, a book written by Shanel Cooper-Sykes. Now I haven’t read the book yet or watched all of the videos but it did bring to mind the question of being sexy at home.
So often we get dressed up to go out but not dressed up to stay in or under. Now don’t take the use of the word ”under” in the wrong way, I mean your underwear! You don’t care what you look like under those clothes. Victoria’s Secret, which I love to death, has also done us a bit of a disservice with that Pink collection which is full of pajama sweat pants with words across the butt (and I keep seeing them on the street — ugh). But we think this is great lounge wear.
Well, consider bringing sexy back and dolling up for your man, even at home. Victoria’s Secret has a sale right now so go check it out but avoid the pink collection AND DON’T FORGET the stilettos. Make sense?
