Will NYC location make JCPenney more fashionable?


Okay, I know you have all heard the buzz that after 107 years in business, JCPenney finally opened a store in the country’s fashion capital — NYC.

JCPenney is striving to be the “department store of choice for the moderate-priced shopper” says JCPenney Chairman and CEO Myron E. (Mike) Ullman, III. But will the NYC location help the store up it’s ante on fashionable merchandise?
