It’s almost the middle of summer and it occurred to me that I have yet to address the fashion footwear must-haves for the summer.  Let’s go ahead and tackle a few footwear fashion footwear don’ts:

• Athletic flip flops and rubber-bottomed thong sandals ARE NOT to be paired with slacks or dress shorts.  — That is the equivalent of wearing a pair of running shoes with your fine linen suit.  Yes, you could do it but you shouldn’t.
